The customer may inspect the product at delivery only. If they do not wish to keep it, it must be returned immediately to the courier during the delivery process.

No returns or exchanges are accepted after delivery is complete and the courier has left. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. For manufacturing defects or wrong items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

If the customer refuses delivery without a justified reason, they are fully responsible for all delivery charges. Please ensure commitment to receiving orders after confirmation.

If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Princess Hijab Store will cover the full replacement shipping cost in such cases.
